THESE ARE THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS : OIL ,3 TOMATOES AND 2 ONIONS [CHOPPED], BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA 3 BSPN, HALF CUP CURD ,KETCHUP, KASURI METHI, BUTTER 100 GM.
MIX ALL MARINATION INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL
ADD CHICKEN TO IT AND MIX IT WELL..MARINATE IT FOR 1 HOUR
HEAT OIL, ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND SAUTE TILL SOFTENED
NOW ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND SAUTE IT TOO
LET THE MIXTURE COOL
MEANWHILE HEAT SOME OIL IN A PAN AND ROAST THE MARINATED CHICKEN
FLIP IT ONCE, COVER WITH LID AND COOK IT FOR 10 MINUTES
GRIND TOMATOES AND ONIONS WITH CURD TO MAKE A PUREE
NOW HEAT BUTTER AND ADD WHOLE GARAM MASALA
SAUTE IT
ADD ONION TOMATO AND CURD PUREE TO IT
NOW ADD KETCHUP AND SALT TO THE COOKING MASALA.
COOK IT TILL THE OIL SEPARATES.
ADD KASURI METHI TO IT
ADD CHICKEN TO IT
MIX IT WELL
POUR WATER IN THE MIXTURE BOWL AND POUR IT..COOK IT FOR 5 MINUTES
SWITCH OFF THE STOVE AND ADD 2 TBSPN CREAM
