Leftover Green Sprouts gravy is combined with whole wheat flour, oil, egg, baking powder,milk and chilli. Simple and healthy recipe which can be consumed either for breakfast or as an evening snack.Any leftover gravies like mushrooms paneer etc can be used to make spicy muffins. Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Leftover Green Sprouts gravy 1 cup
  2. Whole wheat flour 3/4 cup
  3. Egg 1
  4. Milk 1/4cup
  5. Baking powder 1teaspoon
  6. Oil 1/4cup
  7. Green chilli 1 chopped
  8. Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER GREEN SPROUTS GRAVY IS GOING TO BE USED IN MUFFINS.
  2. INGREDIENTS.
  3. BEAT EGG IN A GREASE FREE BOWL.
  4. ADD OIL WHEN THE EGG IS FROTHY.
  5. BEAT WELL TILL IT COMBINES WELL.
  6. ADD SIFTED WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER.
  7. MIX WELL.
  8. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES.
  9. ADD LEFTOVER GREEN SPROUTS GRAVY TO THE MIXTURE.
  10. WHISK TILL IT COMBINES WELL TO FORM A THICK BATTER.
  11. TO LOOSEN THE BATTER ADD 1/4 CUP OF MILK AND FOLD IN WITH SPATULA.
  12. PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 DEGREE CENTIGRADE. PLACE CUP LINERS IN A MUFFIN TRAY AND SPOON IN THE BATTER.
  13. TAP THE TRAY THRICE TO LEVEL THE BATTER.
  14. BAKE IT FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES IN 180 DEGREE CENTIGRADE.
  15. CAN SEE THE MUFFIN RISE.
  16. LEFTOVER GREEN SPROUTS WHOLE WHEAT DENSE MUFFIN IS WELL BAKED.
  17. HOT SPICY HEALTHY GREEN SPROUTS WHOLE WHEAT MUFFIN IS READY TO CONSUME WITH ANY CHUTNEYS.
  18. HEALTHY BREAKFAST OR SNACK FOR ALL AGES.
