  1. Leftover rice kadubu mashed 3 cup
  2. Leftover green beans palyam 1 cup
  3. Chopped carrots 1 cup
  4. Cooking oil 3 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Urad dal 1 tsp
  7. Green chilli 1
  8. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
  9. Onion chopped 1 cup Salt to taste
  10. Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
  11. Leftover squeezed ground coconut pulp

Instructions

  1. MASH THE LEFTOVER RICE KADUBU
  2. HEAT COOKING OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND URAD DAL, LET IT SPLUTTER
  3. ADD ONION AND FRY TILL TENDER
  4. GREEN CHILLI AND CARROT, FRY TILL TENDER
  5. TURMERIC POWDER, SALT AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD LEFTOVER GREEN BEANS PALYAM
  7. ADD LEFTOVER COCONUT PULP AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD MASHED RICE KADUBU AND MIX WELL, SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  9. SERVE IN HOT
