  2. Grated coconut 1 cup
  3. For dough...leftover ground rice paste 1 cup
  4. Whole wheat powder 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ajwain seeds 1 tsp
  7. Jeera powder 1 tsp
  8. Finely chopped Indian borage leaves 1/4 cup
  9. Water
  10. For cook... Salt to taste
  11. Water

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER COLOCASIA LEAVES PATRODE
  2. MASH FINELY
  3. LEFTOVER GROUND RICE PASTE
  4. ADD WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  5. ADD SMALL RAVA AND MIX WELL
  6. JEERA POWDER
  7. ADD AJWAIN SEEDS AND SALT
  8. ADD A BIT OF WATER TO COME TOGETHER
  9. ADD FINELY CHOPPED INDIAN BORAGE LEAVES INTO DOUGH
  10. ADD OIL, MIX AND KNEAD THE DOUGH WELL, COVER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 20 MINUTES
  11. BRING THE SALT MIXED WATER TO BOIL
  12. PAT THE DOUGH SMOOTHLY
  13. ROLL BY ROLLING PIN THINLY AND CUT IN ROUND SHAPE BY USING COOKIE CUTTER OR UPSIDE DOWN PLATE
  14. READY
  15. MIX UP MASHED PATRODE WITH GRATED COCONUT, FILLING IS READY
  16. REMOVE THE EDGES AND BE CAREFULLY TAKE THE CIRCLES NOT TO TRAP
  17. PLACE ABOUT 1-2 TSP OF FILLING
  18. PLACE ANOTHER CIRCLE ON TOP AND DRAPE IT AROUND THE FILLING, SEEL IT
  19. JUST CRIMP IT BY THE FORK
  20. SPRINKLE SOME SALT TO TASTE AND PLACE THE RAVIOLI ON BOILING WATER
  21. COOK FOR ABOUT 5-6 MINUTES ON A ROLLING BOIL WATER
  22. REMOVE WITH A SLOTTED SPOON, SHAKING EXCESS WATER OFF GENTLY
