This is a yummy and sindhi style yams, that can be served as a perfect side dish with some dal and rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled arbi [yams] - 1/2 cup
  2. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Chat masala -1/4 th tsp
  8. Refined oil


  1. Boil the yams, slice them and deep fry them in hot oil. Drain them on a kitchen towel or paper towels.
  2. Now mix all the spices to the fried yams.
  3. Mix them well and they are ready to be served.
