Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. White bread slices 6 without their brown edges.
  2. Corriender mint chutney 1/2 cup
  3. tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  4. 1 cup gram flour
  5. 1 tsp carom seeds
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. IN A MIXING BOWL 1CUP GRAM FLOUR, SALT TO TASTE, 1TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  2. ADD 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER. ADD LITTLE WATER. MIX WELL.
  3. PREPARE THICK BATTER WITH IT.
  4. BATTER SHOULD BE LIKE THIS. TAKE A SLICE OF BREAD AND SPREAD 2 TSP CORRIENDER MINT CHUTNEY OVER IT.
  5. TAKE ANOTHER SLICE OF BREAD AND SPREAD 2 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP OVER IT.
  6. TAKE THIRD WHITE BREAD AND ARRANGE IT ON MIDDLE, AND TOMATO KETCHUP BREAD ON TOP.
  7. DIP THIS 3 LAYERED SANDWICH IN THE BATTER AND COVER FROM ALL SIDES CAREFULLY.
  8. FRY IT IN THE HOT OIL ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  9. FLIP ONCE GOLDEN. FRY UNTILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  10. WHEN CRISP REMOVE FROM OIL.
  11. CUT IT INTO TWO PIECES .
  12. TRICOLOUR BREAD PAKORA
  13. YOU CAN CUT INTO FOUR PIECES.
