Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover cooked white rice 1 cup
  2. Groundnut few
  3. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  4. Lemon juice 3 tsp
  5. Cooking oil 3 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  7. Urad dal 1 tsp
  8. Curry leaves few
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND URAD DAL LET IT SPLUTTER
  2. ADD RED CHILLI
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND GROUNDNUT
  4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND ONION, SAUTE TILL TENDER
  5. ADD SALT AND SQUEEZE LEMON
  6. ADD LEFTOVER COOKED WHITE RICE, MIX WELL AND SERVE THE LEMON RICE
