  1. Leftover neeru dosa batter 3 cup
  2. Chopped onion 1 cup
  3. Red chilli 1
  4. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER NEERU DOSA BATTER
  2. ADD RED CHILLI AND ONION
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. POUR BATTER INTO A VESSEL
  5. HEAT TAVA AND APPLY OIL
  6. POUR THE BATTER INTO HEATED TAVA, CLOSE THE LID
  7. OPEN THE LID AFTER 2 MINUTES, REMOVE IT AND SERVE IN HOT
