Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover cooked toor dal 1cup
  2. Finely Chopped Onion 1 small
  3. Finely chopped green chilli 3no
  4. Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped coriander 2Tbsp
  6. Finely chopped spring onion 1tbsp
  7. Row groundnut oil 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. COOK 1 CUP LEFTOVER ARHAR DAL TILL DRY
  2. REMOVE ALL MOISTURE
  3. COOL, ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF GARLIC & SPRING ONION GREENS, 1 ONION, 2 TBSP CORIANDER, 3 GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 1 TBSP OIL, MIX & MASH
