  1. Milk - 200 ml
  2. sugar - 1 1/2 cup
  3. Dessicated coconut - 1 cup
  4. Bread - 6 slices
  5. butter - 4 spoon
  6. Badam.., walnut for toppings...

Instructions

  1. FIRST COLLECT ALL INGREDIENTS...
  2. ADD THE BREAD IN MIXER .. MAKE INTO SMALL PIECES..
  3. GRIND THE BREAD LIKE THIS...
  4. SOAK BREAD IN MILK FOR 10 MIN
  5. MIX WELL .. SET ASIDE 10 MIN
  6. HEAT A PAN.. PUT YOUR FLAME ON SIM... ADD 1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  7. THEN FRIED WELL. ADD 1 CUP OF COCONUT
  8. NOW U SEE, THE SUGAR IS MELTED ON THE HEAT.. BECAUSE OF ADDING COCONUT ,AFTER THE SUGAR IS MELTED
  9. THEN AFTER ADD SOAKING BREAD MILK MIXTURE
  10. STIR WELL FOR 5 MIN
  11. THEN ADD 4 SPOONS OF BUTTER.. MIX WELL
  12. STIR WELL FOR 20 MIN
  13. LITTLE BY LITTLE COLOUR HAS BEEN CHANGED
  14. OFF THE STOVE BEFORE BY THE MIXTURE IS NOT STICKING IN THE PAN . THE BRED PARFI IS READY NW
  15. THEN ADD UR TOPPINGS AS UR WISH.
  16. I MOULD LIKE PONGAL POT .. N TOPPINGS WITH BADAM N WALNUT SCRATCHES...
  17. LEFTOVER BREAD TO BREAD PARFI PONGAL POTS..
