Grated coconut 1/2 cup
jeera I tsp
turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
water
salt to taste
tamarind syrup 1 tsp
jaggery syrup 1 tsp
Cooking oil 4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Red chilli 1
Curry leaves few
Instructions
CHOP THE LEFTOVER RICE KADUBU INTO SMALL PIECES
ADD COCONUT, JEERA [CUMIN SEEDS] AND SOME WATER INTO MIXIE JAR
GRIND SMOOTHLY
HEAT OIL AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
ADD URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI
ADD CURRY LEAVES, TURMERIC POWDER AND GROUND PASTE
ADD SOME WATER, SALT TO TASTE AND LET IT BE BOIL
SAUTE IN A WHILE
ADD CHOPPED RICE KADUBU
ADD JAGGERY SYRUP AND TAMARIND SYRUP
MIX WELL
TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
