Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soaked rice 2 cup
  2. Water
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Leftover coconut chutney
  5. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. SOAK THE DOSA RICE FOR 5 HOURS AND DRAIN THEM.
  2. ADD SALT AND WATER
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. CHECK THE SMOOTHNESS
  5. POUR INTO VESSEL
  6. ADD LEFTOVER COCONUT WHITE CHUTNEY
  7. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  8. HEAT TAVA AND APPLY OIL
  9. POUR THE BATTER, CLOSE LID
  10. AFTER 2 MINUTES REMOVE IT AND SERVE
