ABOUT Leftover Stuffing Muffin RECIPE

Muffins with a twist of leftover stuffing pf the aloo parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Leftover stuffing of aloo parathas 1 cup
  2. milk 2 tbsp
  3. black pepper 1 tsp
  4. cheese cubes - 1/4 th cup
  5. herbs [oregano/thyme/basil/rosemary] - 1/2 tsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. eggs 2

Instructions

  1. TAKE LEFTOVER POTATO PARANTHA STUFFING INTO A BOWL.
  2. ADD 2 TBSP MILK, BLACK PEPPER, CAYENNE PEPPER TO THE ABOVE.
  3. ADD BASIL LEAVES, 2 EGGS
  4. ADD MILK, BLACK PEPPER, SALT TO EGGS AND WHISK THOROUGHLY
  5. GREASE THE MUFFIN TRAY CAVITIES WITH SOME OIL AND OUT DOLLOPS OF THE STUFFING INTO EACH.
  6. POUR EGG MIXTURE IN IT.
  7. FILL EACH CUP 3/4 WITH STUFFING.
  8. TOP WITH CHILLI FLAKES, HERBS,CHEESE(OR WHATEVER YOU LIKE)
  9. BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES AT 375 ° F.
