ABOUT French Toast Rolls... RECIPE

Super soft, fluffy and melt in mouth french toast rolls are made from leftover bread slices and are so very easy to make. My innovative idea at it's best and these can be made for breakfast or can be had for brunch too. You will just love the enticing aroma of butter and cinnamon powder in these rolls. They are a treat to the tastebuds as well as the eyes. The caramelisation of the sugar makes it even more delectable. Nobody can't stop at one. Iam damn sure about this.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Leftover bread slices 6-7
  2. Sugar 2 1/2 tbsp
  3. Cinnamon powder 1/4th tsp
  4. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  5. Egg 1
  6. Full fat milk 1/2 cup
  7. Butter 3 to 4 tbsp
  8. Powdered sugar 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 1/2 TBSP OF SUGAR TO A MIXING BOWL AND 1/4TH TSP OF CINNAMON POWDER.
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP OF FRESH FULL FAT MILK.
  3. AND A TSP OF VANILLA ESSENCE
  4. FOLLOWED BY AN EGG.
  5. MIX IT UP WELL.
  6. TRIM THE LEFTOVER BREAD SLICES.
  7. HEAT A TSP OF BUTTER IN A PAN.
  8. DIP EACH SLICE IN THE BATTER UNTIL WELL COATED.
  9. COOK THEM FOR A MINUTE ON ONE SIDE AND THEN FLIP OVER
  10. COOK UNTIL NICELY DONE ON BOTH THE SIDES
  11. ROLL THEM GENTLY WHILE THEY ARE STILL WARM
  12. THEY CAN BE ROLLED SO VERY EASILY.
  13. SPRINKLE SOME POWDERED SUGAR ON TOP BEFORE SERVING
