This is a perfect recipe of a healthy roti made with dried fenugreek leaves, this recipe was given by my cousin and I thank her for this amazing recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat or Multigrain flour 2 cups
  2. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Cumin 1/2 tsp
  5. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  9. Kasuri methi 2 tbsp
  10. Oil 1 tsp
  11. Oil/ Ghee required for making Chapathi

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 CUPS OF ATTA OR MULTIGRAIN ATTA
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
  4. ADD 1 TSP SALT
  5. ADD 2 TBSP KASURI METHI
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN AND CARROM SEEDS
  7. ADD 1/2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  8. ADD 1 TSP OIL
  9. MIX WELL
  10. ADD WATER AND KNEAD SOFT DOUGH
  11. REST THE DOUGH FOR 15 MINUTES
  12. ROLL ROTIS
  13. APPLY GHEE OR OIL AND COOK ON BOTH SIDES
  14. COOK ON BOTH SIDES
