  2. 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 2tsp ghee+additional for smearing
  5. 2 leftover chapatis
  6. 1/4 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. MICROWAVE CHAPATI FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  3. GRIND ROTIS TO FINE POWDER
  4. KEEP ROTI POWDER ASIDE
  5. FINELY CHOP DATES
  6. HEAT 2TSP GHEE, ADD ROTI POWDER
  7. ADD NUTS, SAUTE FOR A MINUTE, KEEP IT ASIDE
  8. COOK DATES IN HALF CUP WATER UNTIL MUSHY
  9. ADD ROTI MIX TO DATES. MIX WELL
  10. SAUTE UNTIL THE MIXTURE LEAVES SIDES
  11. ALLOW TO COOL SLIGHTLY
  12. SMEAR GHEE ON HANDS AND MAKE LADOOS
  13. ROLL LADOOS OVER DESSICATED COCONUT
  14. STORE IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
