Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Leftover neeru dosa batter 2 cup
  2. For salad..
  3. Sprouted green gram 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  5. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped curry leaves few
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER NEERU DOSA BATTER
  2. TAKE SPROUTED GREEN GRAM, ONION, CURRY LEAVES, COCONUT AND SALT, MIX WELL AND PREPARE SALAD
  3. HEAT TAVA AND APPLY OIL
  4. POUR THE BATTER, ADD FEW SPREAD SALAD
  5. OPEN THE LID AFTER 2 MINUTES, REMOVE AND FLIP IT
  6. COOK ANOTHER SIDE FOR 1 MINUTE
  7. TRANSFER TO THE SERVING PLATE
