ABOUT Quick methi sabji RECIPE

This is a quick fix for a super easy side curry to be served with some roti on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bunch methi [fresh fenugreek leaves]
  2. 1 onion [chopped]
  3. 6 garlic pieces [crushed]
  4. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  5. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  8. refined oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. let them crackle and then add the chopped onion.
  2. Now add the crushed garlic and saute further until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add all the powdered spices and salt, give it a good mix.
  4. Add the methi leaves.
  5. Mix and cook until the water dries completely.
  6. Now this is ready to be served.
