This is the perfect use of left over chapathis. It happens , many a times that we make extra chapathis and they go uneaten so give them a make over to get something delicious that gets gobbled in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 leftover chappatis
  2. 1 tomato
  3. Garlic 6 pieces
  4. Coriander leaves [handful]
  5. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Chat masala - 1/4 th tsp
  9. Garam masala - 1/8 th tsp
  10. Salt
  11. refined oil
  12. cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp


  1. Heat some oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds followed chopped garlic. Let then crackle.
  2. Then add the chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves. Cook until mushy.
  3. Now cut the chapatis into bite size pieces and add these to the pan.
  4. Give it a good mix, then add water and powdered masalas.
  5. Cook until the water is all dried up. Give it a good mix.
  6. This is ready to be served.
