  1. Leftover colocasia leaves stem 4-5
  2. tamarind 2 gooseberry sized
  3. water
  4. jaggery 1 cup
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. salt
  7. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli 1
  10. Curry leaves few
  11. garlic cloves 5-6

Instructions

  1. REMOVE THE BROWN LAYER OF COLOCASIA LEAVES STEM
  2. CHOP INTO SMALL PIECES
  3. SQUEEZE 15 MINUTES SOAKED TAMARIND
  4. BOIL THE TAMARIND WATER, ADD SALT
  5. ADD JAGGERY
  6. CHOPPED STEM
  7. ADD GREEN CHILLI, CLOSE AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
  8. HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS
  9. AFTER SPLUTTER ADD RED CHILLI
  10. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  11. ADD INTO BOILING GOJJU
  12. HEAT OIL AND FRY GARLIC
  13. ADD AND MIX WELL, SERVE
  14. WITHOUT COCONUT SWEET AND SOUR GOJJU IS READY
