ABOUT Bread Kachori RECIPE

2 days left over bread in fridge would expire after 3 days ,use well make this wow kachoris.I had some baby potatoes left over from my dum aloo curry ,i washed and kept ,added green peas and masalas to taste.This lovely bread kachri gave the hard bread a new look with heavenly taste at tea .

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 4 browd bread slices leftover
  2. 3 to 4 boiled potatoes left over in fridge
  3. 1/2cup frozen peas
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  6. 1 tspn chaat masala
  7. 1/2 tspn garam masala
  8. oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. CUT OUT CIRCLES OF 4 BREAD SLICES
  2. MASH 1/4 CUP BOILED POTATOES
  3. ADD 2 TBSP PEAS
  4. ADD SALT, 1 TSP EACH OF CORIANDER & CUMIN POWDERS
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER & MIX
  6. DIP BREAD CIRCLES IN WATER & QUICKLY REMOVE
  7. SQUEEZE OUT EXCESS WATER, PLACE 1 TBSP POTATO-PEAS MASALA MIX & COVER LIKE THIS
  8. FILL THE OTHER CIRCLES SIMILARLY
  9. SEAL THE EDGES
  10. FRY IN HOT OIL
  11. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  12. SERVE HOT
