This is a left over recipe. In Christmas many sweet preparations are done. This result in left over. In this video I have made ginger bread fudge from left over ginger bread cookies

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup crushed ginger bread cookies
  2. 2 tsp amul fresh cream
  3. 2 tsp butter
  4. 2 tbsp Milkmaid
  5. 2 tbsp finely chopped nuts ( cashew, almonds, walnut, pistachios etc)
  6. 3 tbsp melted dark chocolat

Instructions

  1. KEEP ALL THE INGREDIENTS READY
  2. CRUSH GINGER BREAD COOKIES IN A CHOPPER
  3. HEAT A PAN .TO THIS ADD MILKMAID CREAM.AND BUTTER .MIX WELL IN PAN
  4. ADD CRUSHED GINGER BREAD COOKIES , CHOPPED NUTS AND CHOCOLATE TO CREAM BUTTER MIXTURE
  5. MIX WELL
  6. EMPTY THIS MIXTURE IN A LINED TRAY
  7. LET IT SET IN FRIDGE FOR TWO HRS
  8. CUT SET FUDGE IN DESIRED SHAPE
  9. DUST ICING SUGAR ON FUDGE AND SERVE
