Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup left over chole
  2. 1/ 2 cup pickled potatoes made as accompaniment with chole bhature
  3. 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  5. 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  6. 2 tbsp cornflour
  7. 1 tbsp chopped jalapenos
  8. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  9. salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  11. 4 tbsp bread crumbs
  12. Few ice cream.sticks
  13. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. KEEP ALL THE INGREDIENTS READY
  2. HEAT A PAN. TO THIS ADD LEFT OVER CHOLE AND PICKLED POTATO NORMALLY PREPARED AS ACCOMPANIMENT WITH CHOLE BHATURE
  3. COOK TO GET RID OFF MAXIMUM MOISTURE
  4. ADD THIS CHOLE POTATO MIXTURES TO A GRINDER AND MAKE A COARSE PASTE
  5. EMPTY THIS MIXTURE IN A BOWL.
  6. TO THIS ADD CHOPPED ONION, CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, CHOPPED JALAPENO, CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES,BREAD CRUMBS, CORNFLOURAND SALT TO TASTE
  7. ROLL THE MIXTURE IN CUTLER SHAPE AND INSERT ICE CREAM STICK IN IT.AGDIN ROLL ON BREAD CRUM AND CORNFLOUR
  8. KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1 HR TO SET
  9. HEAT OIL. TO THIS ADD SET CHOLE CHAPS AND FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT
  10. FRY TILL IT BECOMES BROWN AND CRISP
  11. TAKE IT OUT ON KITCHEN TOWEL.SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND GREEN CHUTNEY MAYO
