  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. 2 tbsp sooji
  4. 2 tbsp wheat flour
  5. salt to yaste
  6. oil as needed

Instructions

  1. IN A MIXER JAR ADD 1 CUP OF COOKED LEFTOVER RICE
  2. 1/2 CUP CURD
  3. 2 TBSP SOOJI
  4. BLEND
  5. 1/4 CUP WATER , BLEND
  6. EMPTY IN A BOWL
  7. 2 TBSP WHEAT FLOUR
  8. SALT TO TASTE
  9. ADD SOME WATER TO ADJUST CONSISTANCY
  10. LIKE THIS
  11. TAKE LADDLEFUL OF BATTER AND MAKE UTTAPAM
  12. SPRINKLE SOME RED CHILLY POWDER
  13. FRESH CORRIENDER LEAVES
  14. DRIZZLE SOME OIL
  15. FLIP FROM OTHER SIDE
  16. TAKE OUT IN A PLATE
  17. SERVE IMMEDIATLY
