Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover sugar syrup 2 spoons
  2. Coffee powder 1/2 tsp
  3. Leftover Bread slices 3
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. 1 egg
  6. Sugar 2 tsp
  7. butter 1 tablespoon
  8. Salt a pinch
  9. Cinammon a pinch
  10. Vanilla essence 2 drops

Instructions

  1. TO MAKE CARAMEL I HAVE USED 2 SPOONS LEFTOVER SUGAR SYRUP. HEAT IT ON LOW FLAME. SWIRL THE PAN IN BETWEEN
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP COFFEE POWDER FOR FLAVOUR
  3. POUR THIS CARAMEL IN 2 REMAKINS. KEEP ASIDE
  4. TAKE 3 SLICES OF LEFTOVER BREAD. POUR 1/2 CUP MILK OVER TO SOAK IT FOR 5 MINUTES
  5. ADD 2 TSP OF SUGAR, A PINCH OF SALT AND A PINCH OF CINAMMON
  6. 2 DROPS OF VANILLA ESSENCE
  7. ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF UNSALTED BUTTER AND 1 BEATEN EGG
  8. MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER
  9. POUR THIS BREAD MIXTURE INTO REMAKINS
  10. MICRO HIGH FOR 3 MINUTES
  11. INSERT A TOOTHPICK AND SEE IF IT NEEDS FEW MORE SECONDS TO MICRO
  12. TAKE IT OUT AFTER FEW MINUTES AND INVERT IT ON A PLATE
  13. DRIZZLE SOME MORE CARAMEL OVER IT
  14. GARNISH WITH STRAWBERRY AND FEW MINT LEAVES
