The red tender coconut is called as the king of the coconut. In this recipe , I used king tender coconut drink and brown rice its very healthy and very tasty . Its fully boiled by red coconut drink thats called king tender coconut juice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brown rice - 1 cup
  2. Jaggery - 1 1/2 cup (depends )
  3. King tender coconut juice (red tender coconut juice) - 2 cup( depends on ur rice )
  4. Ghee - 3 spoon
  5. Cashews- 4
  6. Dry grapes - 4
  7. Coconut flower - 1/2 cup
  8. Caradom - pinch

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS OF KING TENDER COCONUT JUICE(RED TENDER COCONUT) ADD INTO VESSEL WITH RICE
  2. PUT A VESSEL ON THE STOVE THE FLAME SHOULD BE FULL ,STEAM WELL FOR 20 MIN
  3. BOIL KING TENDER COCONUT JUICE WELL
  4. WHRN THE JUICE STARTS TO BOIL THE FLAME SHOULD BE SIM
  5. STIR CONSTANTLY THE BROWN RICE TAKES TIME TO STEAM. AFTER 45 MINS CHECK IF THE RICE IS COOKED
  6. THE RICE SHOULD BE MUSHY,
  7. AFTER ADD 1 1/2 CUP OF JAGGERY TO COOKED RICE, MIX WELL
  8. MIX WELL ,THE JAGGERY DISSOLVE WELL
  9. OTHER SIDE HEAT A PAN ADD GHEE 3SPOON, CASHEWS , DRY GRAPES, COCONUT FLOWER , CARADOM SMAL PINCH
  10. SAUTE LITTLE BROWNY OFF THE FLAME
  11. ADD ROASTED INGREDIENTS TO COOKED RICE
  12. MIX WELL , OFF THE FLAME
  13. The king tender coconut drink brown rice sweet pongal is ready now
