Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rava instant sevai 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  3. Tomato chopped 1/4 cup
  4. Carrot chopped 1/4 cup
  5. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Cashews few
  7. Raisins few
  8. Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sugar 1 tsp
  11. Cooking oil 5 tsp
  12. Urad dal 2 tsp
  13. Coriander leaves chopped few

Instructions

  1. HEAT 5 TBSP OIL, ADD 2 TSP URAD DAL
  2. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 2 TBSP CASHEWS
  3. ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GINGER, 1 GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP ONIONS
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP CARROTS
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC, 1 CUP SEMOLINA SEVAI
  7. ADD 2 CUPS HOT WATER
  8. COVER & COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT
  9. ADD 1/4 CUP TOMATOES
  10. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR, 1 TBSP RAISINS
  11. WHEN IT TURNS DRY, ADD 1/2 CUP GRATED COCONUT & 1/4 CUP FRESH CORIANDER
  12. SQUEEZE 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, MIX, TAKE OFF HEAT
