Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sooji
  2. 3/4 cup curd
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. 3/4 table spoon salt
  5. 2 cup chopped vegetables( cabbage,onion,peas,tomato, shimla Mirch)
  6. 1" piece Ginger grated
  7. 1 green chilli Fine chopped
  8. 1and 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  9. 1 tea spoon jeera
  10. 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice
  11. 1/2 tea spoon hing
  12. 4 table spoon oil
  13. 1 tea spoon mustard seed

Instructions

  1. SOAK SOOJI FOR 1 HOUR IN CURD AND WATER AND MIX SALT IN IT.
  2. ADD 2 CUP CHOPPED VEGETABLES( CABBAGE, ONION, TOMATO,PEAS, SHIMLA MIRCH) IN SOOJI AND MIX WELL.
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP HING, 1AND 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TSP JEERA,1/2 TSP LEMON JUICE. MIX WELL
  4. ADD LEMON JUICE, GRATED GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI AND MIX WELL.
  5. NOW HEAT ONE TABLESPOON OIL IN A KADAI. ADD 1/4 TSP RAI IN IT. POUR 1 SERVING SPOON BATTER IN IT
  6. LIKE THIS AND FRY IT FROM BOTH SIDES ON SLOW FLAME WITH LID COVER.
  7. Serve hot
