Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For stuffing
  2. Jaggery 1/8 cup
  3. Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
  4. Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Ghee 1 tsp
  6. For dumpling
  7. Rice flour 1 cup
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp
  9. For flavoured milk
  10. Milk 500 ml
  11. Saffron pinch
  12. Sugar 3 tbsp
  13. Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. BOIL 1/4 CUP WATER. ADD 3 TBSP JAGGERY
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP CARDAMON POWDER. ADD 1/4 CUP DESICCATED COCONUT. MIX
  3. ADD 1 TSP GHEE. MIX. SET ASIDE
  4. BOIL 500 ML COW'S MILK. ADD PINCH OF SAFFRON
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP CARDAMON POWDER
  6. ADD 3 TBSP SUGAR. BOIL ON LOW FLAME.
  7. BOIL 1 CUP WATER WITH 1/2 TSP SALT
  8. TURN OFF THE FLAME. ADD 1 CUP RICE FLOUR. MIX WITHOUT FORMING LUMPS
  9. TRANSFER IT TO A PLATE AND KNEAD DOUGH
  10. DOUGH SHOULD BE STIFF
  11. SHAPE TO SMALL PORTIONS AND REST FOR 5 MINUTES
  12. GREASE YOUR HAND WITH GHEE. MAKE A HOLE AND START FLATTENING THE DOUGH
  13. FLATTEN THE DOUGH
  14. SHAPE AS SHOWN
  15. ADD STUFFING AND SEAL THE STUFFING
  16. DUMPLINGS ARE READY TO COOK IN FLAVOURED MILK
  17. SLOWLY PUT DUMPLINGS IN BOILING MILK
  18. POUR MILK ON DUMPLINGS CONSTANTLY TO COOK
  19. WHEN THE COLOR OF DUMPLINGS CHANGES, THEY ARE READY TO SERVE
