ABOUT Veggie mayonnaise sandwich RECIPE

It is favourite snack of children for tiffin. They can make it themselves too. It is easy to make and healthy to eat as it contains all the vegatables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mayonnaise - 3 tbspn
  2. 1 pinch of :
  3. Salt
  4. Black pepper
  5. Red chilli pwdr
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. Oregano
  8. Bread - 4

Instructions

  1. CUT THE CORNERS OF BREAD.
  2. NOW ADD GRATED CARROT, CABBAGE & CUCUMBER TO THE MAYONNAISE.
  3. ADD RED CHILLI PWDR, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, CHILLI FLAKES AND OREGANO.
  4. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX WELL.
  5. SPREAD THE STUFFING ON BREAD.
  6. NOW APPLY MAYONNAISE ON THE OTHER SIDE.
  7. CUT INTO APPROPRIATE SHAPE.
  8. SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
