  2. French beans 1/3 cup
  3. Carrot 1/3 cup
  4. Blanched peas 1/4 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Star anise 1
  10. Black cardamom 1
  11. Cumin seeds -1 tsp
  12. Bayleaf 2
  13. Cinnamon stick 1
  14. Butter 2 tbs
  15. Oil 1.5-2tsp

Instructions

  1. WATER(2.5 GLASS)
  2. CINNAMON STICK,STAR ANISE(1-1)
  3. OIL(1 TSP)
  4. SALT (1/2 TSP)
  5. TURMERIC POWDER (1/2 TSP)
  6. SOAKED BASMATI RICE (1/2 CUP)
  7. STIR & COOK(8-10 MINUTES)
  8. IT'S COOKED, STRAIN WITH STRAINER
  9. STRAINED
  10. BUTTER (2 TBS)
  11. OIL(1.5 TSP)
  12. BLACK CARDAMOM (1)
  13. BAYLEAF (2)
  14. CLOVES (4-5)
  15. CUMIN SEEDS (1 TSP)
  16. STIR
  17. FRENCH BEANS (1/3 CUP)
  18. CARROT (1/3 CUP)
  19. STIR & COOK (3-4 MINUTES)
  20. ADD BLANCHED PEAS (1/4 CUP) & SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  21. RICE
  22. STIR CONTINUE FOR 1 MINUTE
  23. BLACK PEPPER POWDER (1 TSP)
  24. SALT TO TASTE
  25. MIX WELL FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  26. SWITCH OFF THE GAS AND ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  27. MIX PROPERLY
  28. SERVE WITH TOMATO RAITA
