Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw white rice 1 cup
  2. water 3 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Grated coconut 1 cup
  6. Water 2 cup for coconut milk
  7. coconut oil 1 tsp
  8. jeera powder 1 tsp
  9. cashews few

Instructions

  1. CLEANLY WASH THE RAW RICE.
  2. ADD WATER
  3. ADD BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND SALT, CLOSE THE LID WITH WHISTEL AND PRESSURE COOK.
  4. COOK IT FOR 5-6 WHISTLES, LET THE PRESSURE SUBSIDE BY ITSELF.
  5. ADD FRESH GRATED COCONUT AND WATER IN TO MIXER, GRIND IT TO A FINE PUREE.
  6. ADD COCONUT OIL TO A PAN, FRY FEW CASHEWS AND JEERA POWDER.
  7. TRANSFER THE GROUND PUREE TO A FINE STRAINER, STRAIN COMPLETELY.
  8. ADD COOKED RICE
  9. BRING IT TO BOIL IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 7-8 MINUTES.
  10. IT IS DONE, SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  11. READY TO SERVE
