  1. 1 cup ragi flour
  2. 1 cup boiled milk(room temperature (
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 2 tbsp soft butter or ghee
  5. 2-3 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  6. 3-4 finely chopped green chillies
  7. salt
  8. 2tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT MILK AND WATER
  3. ADD SALT, MIX WELL
  4. ADD RAGI AND MIX WELL WITH NO LUMPS
  5. ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND CORRIANDER
  6. ADD 1TBSP BUTTER, MIX WELL
  7. ONCE IT STARTS THICKENING, ADD 1TBSP BUTTER. MIX WELL
  8. SWITCH OFF ONCE RAGI COMPLETELY LEAVES SIDE. ALLOW TO COOL SLIGHTLY
  9. GREASE SQUARE PAN
  10. ADD RAGI MIX AND LEVEL IT
  11. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES. YOU CAN STORE THIS FOR 2DAYS IN REFRIGERATOR
  12. CUT IN SQUARES
  13. HEAT OIL. COOK RAGI SQUARE BOTH SIDES FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  14. ALLOW EXCESS OIL TO BE ABSORBED
  15. SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
