  1. 150 grams dosa batter
  2. 1 small onion chopped
  3. 1 small tomato chopped
  4. Some corriander chopped
  5. 2tblspn peanut butter
  6. 2 cheese slices
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/4tspn cummin powder
  9. 1 tspn chaat masala
  10. 1/4 tspn red chilli kashmiri powder
  11. Oil to gease
  12. 1 small tomato

Instructions

  1. CHOP1 ONION ONE TOMATO SOME CORRIANDER
  2. BEAT DOSA BATTER WELL FOR UTTAPAMS
  3. ADD SALT AND 1TSP CUMMIN POWDER ,1/4TSPN RED CHILLI KASHMIRI POWDER,1TSPN CHAAT MASALA
  4. ADD THE ONION TOMATO AND CORRIANDER CHOPPED TO BATTER
  5. TO A HEATED GREASED PAN POUR A BIG SPOON FULL OF READY BATTER
  6. COVER COOK THE TOP TO COOK WELL
  7. GREASE LITTLE AND PAN FRY BOTH SIDES WELL
  8. KEEP THE UTTAPAMS TBLSPN 2PEANUT BUTTER ,CHEESE SLICE READY TO MAKE SANDWICHES
  9. CUT OUT HEARTS WITH COOKIE CUTTERS FROM CHEESE SLICES
  10. SPREAD 1 TSP PEANUT BUTTER AND KEEP THE CHEESE SLICE CUT ON THIS
  11. COVER THIS UTTAPAM WITH ANOTHER ONE TO FORM A SANDWICH
  12. CUT OUT WITH A LID ROUND FORMING NEAT ROUND SANDWICH
  13. CLEAN THE SIDES OUT WELL
  14. MAKE SIMILAR UTTAPAM SANDWICH AGAIN
  15. THIS IS THE FORM OF THE SANDWICH
  16. ON TOP OF READY SANDWICH SPREAD 1TSPN PEANUT BUTTER
  17. PLACE THE SECOND SANDWICH PREPARED ON TOP OF THE SPREAD APPLIED
  18. CUT THIS DOUBLE SANDWICH INTO HALF
  19. NOW CUT THE HALVES INTO QUARTERS
  20. ARRANGE THESE ON A FOIL PAPER FOR PACKING UP YOUR TIFFIN
  21. ADD LEFT OVER STRIPS OF CHEESE TO GARNISH
  22. CUT TOMATO QUARTERS TO GARNISH TOO
