  1. Raw bananas 1/2kg.
  2. Medium size onion (sliced) 2
  3. Cumin 1/2tsp
  4. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Paprika powder 1 tsp
  6. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  8. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil 2 tbs

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS 1/2KG. RAW BANANA (SLICED) 2 MEDIUM SIZE ONION (SLICED) 1/2TSP CUMIN 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER 1TSP PAPRIKA POWDER 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER 1TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER 1 TSP AMCHUR POWDER 1 TBSP FRESH CREAM/MALAI 1 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER CHOPPED SALT TO TASTE WATER 50 ML.
  2. TAKE A COOKER ON MEDIUM FLAME AND ADD OIL AND ONION. SAUTÉ.
  3. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.THEN ADD TURMERIC.
  4. THEN ADD PAPRIKA AND CORIANDER POWDER.MIX WELL.
  5. ADD FRESH CREAM OR MALAI.
  6. ADD RAW BANANAS.
  7. ADD WATER AND SALT. COVER WITH THE LID.
  8. TAKE 1 WHISTLE.STIR GENTLY.
  9. ADD AMCHUR POWDER AND GARAM MQSALA.
