Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. paneer 200 gms
  2. Red yellow & green capsicum 1 each sliced
  3. 2 onions sliced
  4. 2 tomatoes chopped
  5. Gg paste 1 tbsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. Whole dhania 1 tbsp dry roasted and pounded
  8. haldi pwdr 1 tsp
  9. Chillie pwdr 1/2 tsp
  10. Fresh dhania handful chopped
  11. Fresh ginger 1 tbsp juliened

Instructions

  1. INGRIDENTS:ALL 3 COLOUR BELL PEPPERS 1 EACH,2 TOMATOES,2 ONIONS,200 GRM PANEER,WHOLE DHANIA 1 TBSP
  2. FIRST HEAT THE KADAI AND DRY ROAST THE WHOLE DHANIA TILL GOLDEN COLOUR
  3. IN THE SAME KADAI ADD OIL
  4. ONCE THE OIL IS HOT ADD 2 SLICED ONIONS
  5. MEANWHILE POUND THE DHANIA AND KEEP IT READY.JUST CRUSH IT NO NEED TO POWDER
  6. ONCE THE ONION TURN PINK ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  7. MIX WELL
  8. NOW ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES
  9. AGAIN MIX
  10. ADD 1 GREEN CHILLIE SLICED
  11. ADD 1 TSP HALDI PWDR
  12. 1/2 TSP RED CHILLIE PWDR
  13. ADD THE ROASTED AND POUNDED 1 TBSP DHANIA
  14. ADD 1 TSP SALT.YOU CAN ADD MORE ACC TO YOUR TASTE
  15. MIX WELL
  16. NOW ADD 2 DRY KASHMIR CHILLIES AND MIX
  17. ADD SLICED GREEN CAPSICUM 1
  18. RED CAPSICUM 1 SLICED
  19. ADD THE YELLOW SLICED CAPSICUM TOO 1
  20. MIX WELL AND LET IT COOK ON HIGH FLAME FOR 2 MINS
  21. NOW ADD 200 GRMS CUBED PANEER
  22. MIX GENTLY
  23. COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MINS
  24. ALMOST DONE
  25. ADD SLICED FRESH GINGER JULIENS 1 TBSP
  26. FINALLY ADD FRESH GREEN CORIANDER CHOPPED, HAND FUL.GIVE A GENTLY STIR
