  1. flour 250 gms
  2. oil 250 gms
  3. onion seeds 1 tspn
  4. finely chopped potato 1
  5. finely chopped tomato deseeded1
  6. finely chopped onion 1
  7. chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  8. salt
  9. sugar
  10. red chilly powder 1 tspn
  11. pepper powder 1 tspn
  12. finely chopped beans 1/2 cup
  13. finely chopped capsicum 1/2
  14. finely chopped carrots 1
  15. finely chopped green chilly 1 tblspn
  16. finely chopped cabbage 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  2. ADD THE CHOPPED VEGETABLES AS PER UR CHOICE
  3. ADD SALT SUGAR & PEPPER POWDER.SAUTE THIS TILL COOKED & SET ASIDE
  4. ADD OIL,SALT,SUGAR,RED CHILLY POWDER IN FLOUR
  5. ADD 1/2 TSPN BAKING SODA
  6. KNEAD IT
  7. ADD ONION SEED INTO THIS
  8. KEEP IT FOR REST FOR 15 MIN
  9. TAKE THIS & MAKE BALLS
  10. MAKE THE BALLS PROPERLY TO ROLL IT DOWN
  11. STUFF THE SAUTED VEGETABLES INTO THIS
  12. SEAL THE SIDES
  13. OR USE ANY MAKER
  14. MAKE THE PUFFS
  15. HEAT THE OIL & DEEP FRY IN LOW FLAME FIRST & IN HIGH FLAME AT END
  16. KEEP OUT
