Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup besan /gram flour
  2. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. 1 tblspn chopped onions
  4. 2 small green chillies
  5. 1 tspn gingergarlic crudhed
  6. Some corriander chopped
  7. 1tspn cummin powder
  8. 1tspn black salt
  9. 1/2 tspn haldi
  10. 1 tspn coarse pound peppercorns
  11. 1 salt to taste
  12. 1/2tspn red chilli powder
  13. 5-6 tblspn oil
  14. 100 grams curds
  15. Some green Chutneys

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE DOUGH
  3. START ADDING WATER A LITTLE AT A TIME ,MAKING DOUGH MANAGEABLE
  4. ADD ABOUT 3TSPN OIL TO SMOOTHEN DOUGH
  5. MASSAGE WELL AND KEEP TO REST 15 MINUTES
  6. AFTER 15 MINUTES KEEP GRIDLE TO HEAT ,SOME FLOUR TO DUST.
  7. MAKE SMALL PORTIONS AND MAKE BALLS OUT OF DOUGH
  8. DUST FLOUR ON THE DOUGH BALL TO ROLL ANX START ROLLING NOW
  9. ROLL NOW INTO 4CM DIAMETRR DISCS AND PUT TO ROAST FRY ON HOT GRIDLE
  10. ROAST ON ONE SIDE AND NOW APPLY OIL
  11. ROADT FRY ON BOTH SIDES WELL ON MEDIUM FLAME
  12. ARRANGEVTHD MISSI ROTI AND ONCE DONE SERVE
  13. KEEP SOME CURD WITH THESE TO PACK THE TIFFIN
  14. CAN ALSO SERVEV WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
  15. PACK THIS SUMPTUOUS LUNCH WITH CURDS AND CHUTNEYS
