Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Lady fingers 1/2kg.
  2. Soya granules 2 tbsp (soaked)
  3. mustard oil 2 tbs
  4. Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  6. onions 2 (sliced) to
  7. Green chilli 2 ( fine Chopped)
  8. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. fennel 2 tsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  12. Amchoor powder 2 tsp
  13. Mango pickle masala 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. IN PRE-HEATED MUSTARD OIL ADD CAROM SEEDS, CHOPPED GARLIC AND SLICED ONION.
  2. COOK TILL ONIONS TURNED GOLDEN BROWN .
  3. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES AND TURMERIC POWDER MIX WELL.
  4. ADD SLICED LADYFINGERS AND MIX WELL.
  5. ADD SOYA GRANULES AND SALT....MIX WELL.
  6. STIR TIME TO TIME.
  7. WHEN LADYFINGERS COOKED PROPERLY ADD ALL SPICES.
  8. AT LAST ADD MANGO PICKLE MASALA.
  9. TAKE A LEMON SIZE DOUGH AND ROLL IT.
  10. SPREAD GHEE AND MULTI GRAIN FLOUR.. ROLL IT IN A ZIG ZAG FORM .
  11. AGAIN ROLL IT LIGHTLY.
  12. PUT THIS PARATHA ON A PRE HEATED TAWA.
  13. SPREAD GHEE AND COOK WELL FROM BOTH SIDES.
  14. WHEN IT'S DONE JUST CRUSH IT SOFTLY.
