These paranthas are very tasty because yesterday i make panchmel daal along with khooba roti which was full of spices and flavours so nothing much to do in making this parantha.only remove its water and make it not much spices are also required only salt and chilli powder.it is perfect for half day school on saturday

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup left over daal
  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. salt as per taste
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. coriander leaves
  6. oil for cook tawa puris

Instructions

  1. HEAT A PAN AND ADD LEFTOVER DAAL IN IT
  2. STIR AND COOK FOR REMOVING ITS WATER
  3. GRADUALLY IT BECOMES THICK
  4. TURN OFF GAS
  5. IN A BOWL TAKE FLOUR AND DAAL ADD SALT AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. ADD DAAL WATER WHICH IS FROM PAN IN WHICH WE PREPARE DAAL MIX .ADD SOME WATER IN IT AND USE IT ALSO
  7. ADD SALT RED CHILLI POWDER AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  8. NOW MAKE DOUGH
  9. TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL IT
  10. CUT IT WITH A LID
  11. HEAT TAWA
  12. AND COOK IT FROM ONE SIDE
  13. THEN ADD OIL AND FLIP IT
  14. COOK FROM BOTH SIDE
  15. AND PACK IN ALUMINIUM FOIL
