This is very nutritious and tasty parantha.beetroot and palak both are healthy vegetables.i use them in parantha.and cover with honey and cheese.kids love very much these parantha as they are beautiful in looking and tasty also they love cheese so they can not refuse to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 tbsp wheat flour
  2. 1 tbsp beetroot puree
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/2 tsp jeera
  5. 1 tbsp wheat flour
  6. 1 tbsp palak puree
  7. 1/2 tsp jeera
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Oil for cook parantha
  10. 2 tsp honey
  11. 2 tbsp cheese

Instructions

  1. TAKE FLOUR, PALAK PUREE AND SALT AND JEERA
  2. MAKE DOUGH
  3. TAKE BEET PUREE FLOUR ,JEERA SALT AND MAKE BEET DOUGH
  4. NOW MAKE BEET PARANTHA AND COOK
  5. ADD OIL AND FLIP IT
  6. NOW MAKE PALAK PARANTHA
  7. AND COOK BY ADDING OIL
  8. FLIP IT AND COOK FROM BOTH SIDE
  9. NOW TAKE HONEY AND SPREAD ON PALAK PARANTHA
  10. GRATE CHEESE ON IT
  11. COVER IT WITH BEET PPARANTHA
  12. STICK IT AND CUT IN FOUR PIECES
  13. AND ARRANGE IN TIFFIN BOX
