Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coconut 1 cup peeled
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Roasted chickpea 2 tbsp
  5. Green chillies 4
  6. Water as required
  7. For tampering
  8. Oil 1 tbsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Asefotidia 1 tsp
  11. Curry leaves 10-12
  12. Whole red chillies 2

Instructions

  1. PEEL COCONUT AND ARRANGE ALL INGREDIENTS.
  2. GRIND ALL TOGETHER.
  3. FOR TAMPER HEAT OIL AND ADD ASEFOTIDIA, CURRY LEAVES.
  4. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS.
  5. ADD WHOLE RED CHILLI.
  6. POUR THIS TAMPER INTO THE COCONUT CHUTNEY.
