Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Paneer cubes
  2. 3 tsp cooking oil
  3. 1 cup pealed and chopped white onion
  4. 1/2 cup red onion pealed and chopped
  5. 2 cup French beans finely chopped
  6. 2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Sat to taste
  8. 1*2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 cup black grapes cut into halves
  10. 1/4 cup cherries finely chopped
  11. 1/4 cup fresh milkmaid
  12. 3 tsp mustard seeds powder
  13. 1 cup fresh green peas
  14. 1 cup sprouted green gram
  15. 1/4 cup white chickpeas soaked in water

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL AND FRY PANEER CUBES
  2. FRY TILL LIGHT GOLDEN COLOR
  3. FRY WHITE AND RED ONION IN THE SAME PAN
  4. ADD FRENCH BEANS
  5. SWEET CORN AND WHITE CHICKPEAS
  6. FRESH GREEN PEAS AND SPROUTED GREEN GRAM
  7. SALT, BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  8. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS POWDER, MIX WELL CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME WITHOUT WATER
  9. OPEN THE LID, CHECK THE SMOOTHNESS ,TURN OFF THE FLAME AND LET IT BE COOL
  10. AFTER COOL ADD CUCUMBER
  11. FRIED PANEER CUBES, CORIANDER LEAVES
  12. MILKMAID
  13. BLACK GRAPES
  14. GARNISH WITH CHERRIES AND SERVE
