  1. 200 gms chopped mushroom
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1tbsp corn flour
  4. 1/4 cup rice flour
  5. 1/8 tsp ajwain
  6. 1/8 tsp fennel seeds powder
  7. 1/8 tsp pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  9. 1/4 tsp amchur powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Chat masala to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. IN A BOWL, ADD FLOURS, MASALAS, SALT
  3. ADD WATER TO MAKE SMOOTH BATTER
  4. ADD MUSHROOM, COAT WELL WITH BATTER
  5. FRY MUSHROOMS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  6. ALLOW EXCESS OIL TO BE ABSORBED
  7. SPRINKLE CHAT MASALA, SERVE WITH SAUCE
