  1. Boiled potatoes 6-7
  2. Boiled peas -1/3 cup
  3. Roasted til 2-3 tbs
  4. coriander leaves
  5. Grated ginger -1.5 tbs
  6. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. coriander powder 1 tsp
  8. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. salt to taste
  10. Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  11. Dry mango Powder 1 tsp
  12. oil 1/4 cup(for sbzi)
  13. Whole wheat flour ready dough
  14. oil for frying(for poori)

Instructions

  1. ADD OLIVE OIL(1/4 CUP)
  2. CUMIN (JEERA)-1 TSP
  3. ASAFOETIDA (HEENG)-1/2 TSP
  4. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES (3-4)
  5. STIR
  6. TURMERIC POWDER (HALDI)-1 TSP
  7. CORIANDER POWDER (DHANIYA POWDER)-1 TSP
  8. KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER -1/2 TSP
  9. GIVE A STIR
  10. BOILED POTATOES(6-7)
  11. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  12. BOILED PEAS (1/3 CUP)
  13. MIX
  14. GRATED GINGER(1.5 TBS)
  15. KITCHEN KING MASALA (1 TSP)
  16. SALT TO TASTE
  17. DRY MANGO POWDER (1 TSP)
  18. MIX PROPERLY & SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINUTES (LOW-MEDIUM HEAT)
  19. ADD ROASTED TIL(2-3 TBS)
  20. SWITCH OFF THE GAS & ADD CORIANDER LEAVES (DHANIYA)
  21. MIX WELL
  22. SERVE HOT
  23. TAKE SOME PART FROM THE READY DOUGH
  24. ROLL OUT SMALL
  25. DEEP FRY INTO HOT OIL
  26. TAKE OUT THE POORI
  27. SERVE HOT OR PACK INTO THE LUNCH BOX
