Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread slices 3
  2. Grated carrot 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped tomato 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped coriender 2 tsp
  6. Chopped capcicum 1 tbsp
  7. salt to taste
  8. chickpea flour 3 tbsp
  9. Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Asefotidia 1pinch
  11. turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  13. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  14. Melted butter for greesing
  15. Sesame seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND MAKE A THICK BATTER.
  2. MIX ALL SPICES INTO THE BATTER.
  3. MIX WELL.
  4. CUT BREAD SLICES INTO 4 TRIANGLES... AND DIP EACH BREAD TRIANGLE INTO THE BATTER.
  5. PUT THEM IN A GREASED GRILLER TOASTER.
  6. SPREAD SESAME SEEDS AND GRILL TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
