  1. For the dough

  3. salt
  4. oil
  5. water
  6. FOR THE BROCCOLI FILLING
  7. Broccoli florets 10 to 12
  8. 1 onion sliced
  9. 4 garlic pods crushed
  10. salt 1 tsp
  11. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. TAKE A PAN AND ADD OIL
  2. ADD 1 SLICED ONION
  3. ADD CRUSHED 4 GARLIC PODS
  4. MIX
  5. ADD CLEANED WASHED AND CUT BROCCOLI FLORETS.
  6. MIX
  7. ADD SALT 1 TSP
  8. ADD 1 TBSP DHANIA PWDR
  9. 1/4TSP RED CHILLIE PWDR
  10. 1/2 TSP CHAT MASALA PWDR
  11. 1/2TSP ZEERA PWDR
  12. MIX
  13. COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MINS
  14. DONE
  15. TAKE FOOD PROCESSOR AND ADD THE BROCCOLI MIXTURE
  16. PULSE IT TILL ALL EVENLY CHOPPED
  17. LIKE THIS
  18. MAKE A ROTI AND SPREAD THE BATTER EVENLY ON IT
  19. SPRINKLE SOME CHEESE
  20. SEAL WITH ANOTHER ROTI ON TOP
  21. FLATTEN IT BY ROLLING
  22. TRANSFER GENTLY ON A HOT TAWA
  23. TURN AND COOK ON OTHER SIDE.
  24. APPLY PURE GHEE ON THE ROASTED SIDE.TURN AGAIN AND COOK IN BOTH SIDE AFTER APPLYING GHEE
