Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suthriya( pattai/ tape semiya) -200 gm
  2. Vegetables, chopped carrot,peas,potatoes-1 cup
  3. Chopped onion -big -1
  4. Chopoed tomato big -1
  5. ginger Garlic paste-2 tsp
  6. salt -to taste
  7. ghee -2 tsp
  8. Oil-2 tbsp
  9. turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
  10. Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  11. chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  12. Yoghurt- 1/4 cup
  13. Chopped mint and coriander leaves
  14. Green chilli-2
  15. salt
  16. Chopped coriander and mint leaves -each2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT OIL AND GHEE
  3. ADD CHOPPED ONION,FRY IT.
  4. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
  5. SAUTE WELL,THEN ADD THINLY SLICED TOMSTOES AND CHILLI.
  6. ADD LITTLE SALT AND COOK TOMATOES TILL SOFT.
  7. ADD CHILLI,TURMERIC,GARAM MASALA POWDERS.
  8. MIX WELL,CLOSE WITH LID.
  9. AFTER 1 MINUTE OPEN AND ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLES.
  10. ADD HALF CUP WATER TILL VEGGIES COOKED SOFT.
  11. ADD YOGURT AND LITTLE CORIANDER,MINT LEAVES.
  12. ADD BOILED WATER 1:2
  13. ADD SALT TO TASTE.
  14. BOIL AND ADD SUTHRIYA(TAPE LIKE SEMIYA)
  15. LET IT COOK FOR FEW MINUTES.CLOSE IT.
  16. OPEN AND MIX IN BETWEEN.SLOW THE FLAME TILL SUTHRIYA COOKED SOFT.
  17. NOW VEG SUTHRIYA IS READY.
  18. CONSISTENCY SHOULD BE LIKE THICK GRAVY. TRANSFER TO A BOWL.
  19. GARNISH WITH MINT CORIANDER LEAVES.
