Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. chickpea flour 1/2cup
  2. Asefotidia 1 pinch
  3. turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  5. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. water as required
  8. oil for greesing
  9. Grated carrot 2 tbsp
  10. Chopped onion 2tbsp
  11. Chopped tomato 2 tbsp
  12. Chopped coriender 2 tbsp
  13. Chat masala powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. IN CHICKPEA FLOUR ADD ASEFOTIDIA, TURMERIC POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER AND CORIENDER POWDER.
  2. ADD SALT AND WATER, MIX WELL .
  3. MAKE A THIN LUMP FREE BATTER.
  4. POUR A TBSP BATTER ON PRE-GREASED TAWA AND SPREAD WITH A SPOON
  5. FLIP TO COOK FROM ANOTHER SIDE.
  6. FLIP AGAIN AND SPREAD VEGIES.
  7. SPRINKLE CHAT MASALA.AND FOLD IT.
  8. CHILA READY TO PACK IN A TIFFIN.
