  1. Bread slices -6
  2. Mayonnaise 3-4 tbs
  3. carrot 1/4 cup
  4. cucumber 1/4 cup
  5. tomato 1/4 cup
  6. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  7. salt to taste
  8. Oregano 1 tsp
  9. chilli flakes 1 tsp
  10. butter 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. MAYONNAISE (3-4 TBS)
  2. FINELY CHOPPED CUCUMBER(KHEERA)-1/4 CUP
  3. FINELY CHOPPED CARROT(GAJAR)-1/4 CUP
  4. FINELY CHOPPED TOMATO(TAMATAR)1/4 CUP
  5. MIX ALL THE VEGGIES
  6. ADD BLACK PEPPER POWDER(KALI MIRCH POWDER)-1/2 TSP
  7. SALT TO TASTE
  8. CHILLI FLAKES (1 TSP)
  9. OREGANO (1 TSP)
  10. MIX WELL
  11. TAKE A BREAD SLICE
  12. SPREAD VEGGIE MIXTURE PROPERLY
  13. COVER IT WITH ANOTHER BREAD SLICE
  14. HOT GRILL PAN
  15. GREASED WITH BUTTER
  16. PLACE THE SANDWICH
  17. APPLY BUTTER ANOTHER SIDE
  18. COOK BOTH SIDE FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  19. TAKE OUT SANDWICH
  20. CUT IT INTO 2 PIECES
